Returns and refunds

This policy explains your rights under UK consumer law. It does not affect your statutory rights.

Changing your mind (14 days)

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Tell us by email at hello@halfpast.co.uk with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

• Please return items unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them. You may handle an item as you would in a shop to check it, but we may reduce your refund if it has been used beyond that.
• We refund the item price and the standard delivery you paid within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you sent it), to your original payment method.
• You pay the cost of returning the item. We recommend a tracked service.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, email us with your order number and a photo. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including delivery, or ask for a replacement. We pay for the return.

Wrong item or size sent

If we send the wrong item or size, we will replace it or refund you in full and pay for the return.
